Bart – General Management
As director of Vacal, Bart focuses on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. He defines the company’s strategy and actively supports the team in its growth and development.
Bert – Project Manager
Bert oversees projects from start to finish and serves as the key link between clients and technical teams. With a keen eye for detail and a pragmatic mindset, he ensures smooth, high-quality installations.
Kevin – Technical Manager
Kevin leads the technical team and remains hands-on in the field. His experience and solution-oriented approach ensure that installations, repairs, and maintenance are carried out efficiently and reliably.
Franky – Assembly & Finishing
Franky is responsible for welding, assembling, and finishing barrier housings and components. His precision and craftsmanship guarantee the strength and durability of every system.
Hadewig – Logistics & Assembly
Hadewig manages the warehouse and takes care of the assembly and preparation of electrical control systems. Her rigour and organisational skills ensure everything is ready on time for production and installation.
Tom – On-site Installation
Tom handles the on-site assembly and installation of our barriers. With strong technical skills and a practical approach, he ensures every project is executed safely and professionally.
Els – HR & Administration
Els supports the team with personnel management and administrative tasks. Thanks to her quiet but essential contribution, Vacal’s internal operations run smoothly and efficiently.
